    I'm having trouble with my card because I took out all the spaces and it says "only 19 letters".

    Ex. 123456 123456 1234567   Then I took all the spaces out ;/

    What am I doing wrong??

    Hmm, without spaces a card following that style should be 19 digits.

    Could it perhaps be mixing up a B for an 8 or something of the like? 

    If not, I'm sorry and I don't actually use NX Game Cards personally. Perhaps somebody can help you in the morning with this issue.

    Well it's actually supposed to have 20 digits apparently.

    Submit a ticket and include where you got the card from and an image and receipt of your card and purchase so our Customer Support can help you.
