I bought $30 of nx with paypal but i can't use it in the nx trade system. That little Green Trade butten to buy items why is that so and how can i use it in there.

Paypal NX has been deemed as too fraudulent, nexon has put restrictions on what you can use it on. You cannot by Character Transfers, Name Changes, or use the MTS with Paypal NX.
