Well, up until now i have had no real problem with hackers. Sure, they are annoying, but they havn't done anything really bad to me yet.

So i was in the free market today, i had just seen a great deal on a WG, and i decided to sell mine to make some profit off it.

The guy I traded put up the 45m i was gonna sell it for, then exited the trade. I retraded him and told him not to try to make me trade "faster" like they sometimes do to try to scam you.

So i retraded him, put in my WG to sell and he put up no mesos. I asked him if he wasnt going to trade and he said he was going to.

He then proceded to somehow make my trading screen thing turn whiter. Like it does when you are trading. and then say thanks man and traded me. scamming me of 45m. I would like to emphasise that I DID NOT PRESS ANYTHING TO MAKE IT TRADE. so i don't get called a noob.

Could someone please help me with this, tell me if this has also happened to them or something like it.

Also, the guys name was WinterRain so report him or something lol.

You might want to log a ticket about this if you feel it's a real hack/bug

That said, there are no hacks known, nor have there ever been that force a trade to be completed. It's usually an error on the traders end. This may be the one time where it may be such a hack, but at this point it's probably unlikely. It may be a glitch from the patch, or in most cases, a person will fall for the faster trading method, and claim not to in the end.

Anyways, logging a ticket is your best option for anything to be done.

this happened to me too but the guy wasnt thinking at all he put in the mesos and i said let me think then my thing turns whiter like he desribed and he hits trade. I was ganna cancel cuz he wanted to give me 4 mill for a maple claw.(good 1 2)

omg the same thing happened to me i was talking to my used to be boy friend obama7OJ1 and he asked if he could have some money.... then he got some then he used it to bribe his friend online to tell my user name and password since i gave him 4 million mesos...

you gotta be careful of what you type. I dont know if it applies anymore, but under certain conditions a Y typed into the chat box will act as a "yes" for the trade.
