Ever notice on the forums how there is a glitch/bug reporting section?  Well I have an odd revelation(maybe).  According to the forum rules, "GMs and Nexon Representatives do not respond on the forums. It is not their job to do so." So my quick question is, if the GMs and Nexon Employees aren't involved, then who am I reporting to?
