We are reaching a resolution on the issue as we speak. Hang onto those game cards because you should be able to redeem them later today. We will post another update on when the cards can be redeemed.
Greetings Nexon Game Card users,
We've been alerted that some
10,000NX Nexon Game Cards purchased at 7-Eleven are not working
correctly. We are working with our vendors to ensure these cards work
as intended by the end of today, Monday, Oct. 26. We know players are
eager to use the cards they've purchased, so should we not be able to
resolve the issue by today, we will provide another method of redeeming
your card through the support ticket system. So please do not go back
to the store for a refund, we'll save you the trip!
