This is a strong, fake rumour that has been going on since shortly after the patch. It is not true. There are even some fake photoshop renderings circulating in the community with some easy-to-spot edited faults.
The term "wall of text" only applies to ignorants who do not bother to read their opponent's mostly perfectly valid arguments before immaturily attempting to counter them.
