Intro

I Stopped playing Maplestory for about a year, then came back about a month ago. I deleted my old characters and made a new magician on Yellonde. I figured less people would be better.I'm not a level 39 Ice/Lighting Mage and I just found out Yellonde NEVER HAD AN ITEM-TRADING SHOP!!!!

 

This is absolutely ridiculous! How does Nexon expect new players to want to play on Yellonde when manually trading items is very difficult with such few players! That fact said, not having an item-trading shop is absolutely preposterous!!!!

 Nexon please add an Item-Trading Shop in the Yellonde world for the sake of....the world!

When the MTS was released Nexon said newer servers would not get the MTS for some time. Just think if there was one in newer servers someone would go crazy with NX and the economy of that server would be crashed.

Em actually i think it would help. First, people who have never had NX could experience that JOY of getting it by selling some items to get it. And maybe that would make them want to buy more, making Nexon MORE MONEY. Second, people who have difficulty obtaining certain equips and weps because of the lack of availability due to less population could obtain these items from the POOL of items in MTS in all worlds, and probably find better stats on them, etc. Third, the poster is correct that it would draw more people to come to that world, and having a lvl 94 Ranger in Yellonde myself, I personally would LOVE IT if they gave Yellonde MTS. And plz DONT DIS Yellonde. Thank you.

No. We are OVER 1 YEAR old server. This server dies without MTS.

I made my first char in yellonde i think its a good server idc about no mts its called getting the items your self less people may mean less items but it also means less people to ks and take spots

Please define what you mean by STABLE and how GMs go about determining that? Is there a bar graph or a pie chart floating around somewhere that we can ALL see? Inquiring minds want to know. All I know is that it is being advertised NEW EXPANDED MTS TRADING ITEMS, and 2 servers are being denied this new fun feature, not to mention NOT even having the old one. We of the 2 servers feel deprived of the fun everyone else has using MTS. This is not some big uber economic meltdown, its A GAME. So please let us have fun in the game too. ( yes I play Yellonde ).

Yellonde's market has never been stable since Day 1.  MTS would definatly do it some good.

the problem is that in maple its just way too easy for people to gain a monopoly on items in the fm. and in new worlds with barely anyone in them the whole population is basically at the mercy of anyone who decides to start a monopoly on anything they want.

 

At least with the MTS it takes a little more skill to pull off something like the crazy GFA inflation that collecters did a few months ago. But still, even stuff like that is pretty easy compared to other games.

I still don't think having a guy who monopoly's (Probibly not the right way to say it) the whole fm is a bad thing. He would still bring things in that we don't have a lot of and if people really thought he was taking too much advantage, they would stop buying from him. That would make him realize that his prices are too high to have and lower them. But yah, I don't think monopolizing would be that bad of a thing if we got mts.

when i joined yellonde (my first maple server)  i thought that it was just down for a little while. then i made a char on another world for fun and saw that it was actually just not in yellonde at all! i could realy use the item trading shop since i stink at selling stuff. =^/
