If someone can tell me which gachapon drops the elemental staff 1 i will be very thankful hehe plz help i need to get one :P

Doesn't NLC-Gach give out Elemental Wands/Staffs? I don't recall well enough, but I believe they do. However, your chances of getting an Elemental Staff/Wand is slim, like the Skull Throne (Which I also don't know if NLC-Gach still gives it out, >.<) Thus the rarity & the pricy cost of the Wand/Staff, >.>
