Noob and newbie are two different things. I wouldn't call you a noob just a newbie. Noob are people annoy everyone with the lack of maturity, skill, or usefulness.
Newbie is simply someone new is learning to play the game. Noobs want someone else to do it for them.
I will be more than happy to help people out. I'm only lvl 49 atm. But I understand how hard things can be... (I made a fire mage lol)
