Sorry to burst your bubble, but this isnt going to happen anytime soon, IF at all.
1. You do not release information on what the heck this "army" does, so any players who WERE interested and enthusiastic will probably not be after you launch the project.
2. Recruitment standards are WAY too high. There probably arent even more than 500 level 200+ characters together in all the servers put together (correct me if im wrong) i dont think Yellonde will be getting many for a long while, and you certainly cannot have a few people in "an army".
3. This just sounds like starting up a guild, how are the members going to recognise each other if not being in the same guild? A list of names is way too long to remember (providing you even get enough members). How are the orders going to be carried out? provided that they will obey?
Just my thoughts on this idea, of course if you can solve all the problems then i guess you can start this thing up.
