I sorta agree with you. But if Nexon items lasted forever, then the clothes you got would get boring. And if you bought more, the old clothes would stay in your inventory, and would take up all the space.

 I haven't even had my NX stuff for a month, and I'm already wishing that April would come along faster, so I can get new clothes.

If you're only allowed to get NX once, then I see what you mean.
 

Enable ability to sell nx items to npc. Problem solved.

Nexon only has our items as temporary as a gage to make money. They could make items permanent and would experience an initial drastic change in an increase in purchases but overtime people purchases would decrease, however, they still would be existent. As to why CMS, JMS, and KMS have permanent items? Asian people tend to look out for their own. This dates back even as far as WWII with the "Asians for Asians" movement. As with other Asian created MMOs like (trickster, pi story, etc.) the severs based in Asian countries tend to have higher benefits as compared to the rest of the world. Trickster made it's items permanent in it's US version to increase sales but that's another story. Call it racism or call it just favoritism or just mainly the fact servers have been there longer but I doubt Nexon's going to ever let us get permanent items because they want to exploit as much money out of us (people who play GMS) as possible. If they do finally come to their senses and see that an overwhelming majority of the GMS population, upwards 97% want Cash Shop items to be permanent then maybe they'll change it but until then you can take it as them not truly caring but looking out for their deep pockets.

ill just say my point i learned at school about China:

*1 Dollar is 1 Hours Cleaning lady

* a game costs like 3 Dollar

*youll get much Richer easier if u get 100Tousand here and Fly to China then Your A Billionair of they'r Eyes

So my Conclution is that its much cheaper to "Run" CMS KMS and the rest of them than GMS.... (Sorry for my bad english)

And About the 90 days limit, i agree they could make i a half year or one whole Year. But as
BrownSharpie said it would gotten bored wearing the same NX Clothes all the time

Well in my point of view, buying clothes in MapleStory for only 90 days , is a waste of money , i know maybe you will say , you can use for 90 days, but in my point of view when you go to a store , they dont tell you  , you can only use that clothes for only 90 days and after that time you have to give back to them, is kinda waste of money , and the cash items are not cheap, compare to KMS, CMS, JMS , you can buy the clothes and they have no time limit

 

the time limit is never, they can use theyr clothes FOREVER

in my point of view they expire in 90 days cuz it wont fill up your invatory and, it is cheap in audition for somthing to last like 1 months (30days) it costs over 3000 nx and 7 days cost like 1400 nx and 90 days cost 9k+

 

Clothes from cash shop, should be FOREVER

Hey im from peru, i ONLY can buy for Paypal and its imposible to buy more than 30k of NX each month:

I cant buy my cash items, 2X Exp and 2X Drop at the same 90 days for this limit....

Thats y i can say: The NX is very very Expensive...

Game masters: We want 2X Drop or 2X Exp but this is very expensive, if the items are forever and the 2X Cards are more cheap i think u can win the same Quantity of Money... I have friends, they want to buy NX but dont want to pay this price in Dolars ONLY FOR 90 Days, please we want more time...

I have an idea:

Here are an item, it cost 10k NX for expample...

U can buy it for 90 days for 10k, 320 days 15k or Permanently only for 20k

Thats the Solution for GMS, if the Game masters do this we can buy more 2x exp and 2x drop and they can win the same money and get more ppl in the game

I don't really think removing the 90 days limit would reduce their income, some people (like me) only buy permanent changes. For example I got a new haircut and an ap reset (to get 5 dex to 4). If clothes were permanent I'd buy a set of clothes too (and after a while probably a second and third set so I can switch looks).

The majority of the people who use clothes at the moment change their look every once in a while, including their haircut, hair color, eye color, etc. I don't think they'd suddenly stop buying new clothes just because clothes are permanent.

Now that I finally have a chance to get NX, when I make outfits, I want to change them so much, and I haven't even bought the NX yet.

A large amount of people just buy NX for hair and eyes, and that's it. So really, making it permenant is of no use because most people don't even buy clothes.

first of all. if they were forever they would get old.... and you would end up buying other ones anyway... second of all: they HAVE to make money somehow you know. if everyone bought nothing or just one set of clothes and they lasted forever then they wouldnt be making much money its just the way these things work. third of all: it isnt expensive really. if you calculate the price of one third of an nx piece that will give you the price for a month. ONE FOURTH of that is about one week which is actually cheap...... so i seriously dont see the problem

If nexon were to make clothes and such permanent, they would lose a large portion of their income. Less money means an inability to pay for workers and searching for a new source of income.

In CMS, 100 cash points = 10 yuan, in NAMS (or GMS if you prefere to call), $1 = 1000 Nexon Cash so if the hat in CMS cost 2900 points, it will cost you $3.86 USD which is still near same price -_-
