Monster Carnival Party Quest
*** Level requirements: 30 - 50
Monster Carnival Party Quest is also known as CPQ!
Extra information: Some people may level up to 51 during the party quest but you may finish up that game but it does not give you an advantage since it will not allow you to cpq even if you're in the carnival lobby at level 51.
MAPLE CPQ WORDS.
These are some words used during cpq
GG: good game (used at the end of the game)
CC__ : CC means change channel __ which your leader of your party will tell you to change channel. ( __ is the channel number)

L > or L< (anything with an L in the front): means looking for _____ (fill blank with whatever)
R> or R<: means recruiting for _____ (look at the one above)
J >pq or J<pq or even jpq: Joining party quest
HF : have fun
GL: good luck
*** In carnival Party Quest you can not have a 1 v 1 (1 vs. 1); you NEED a party consisting of at least 2 people or more.

RANKINGS
The amount of EXP you and your party are awarded depends on the rankings shown below. Each party member receives the same amount of EXP points.
A Rank: 500+ CPB Rank: 250 - 499 CPC Rank: 50 - 249 CPD Rank: 0 - 49 CP
PROS/CONS of each class
Warrior :
PROS: close range, high hitting, good in field 3&4, reasonable in field 5 & 6 CONS: bad in field 1&2, miss a lot than other classes until in their high 30's
Thief : Assassin :
PROS: haste, sins with good stars, ranged, attacks fast
CONS: Bad in room 3 and 4, can't kill big mobs
Bandit :
PROS: haste, can usually hit anything with savage blow, attacks fast
CONS: bad in room 1 and 2
*** dexless sins/dits usually hit really high but with protectors, might hit a miss half the time depending on protector
Magician: Cleric
PROS: Heal and maybe bless, heal monsters
CONS: hits are bad
I/L
PROS: can freeze monsters, kill mobs and meditation
CONS: monsters not really affective against i/l
Fire Mage
PROS: fire arrow pretty strong
CONS: can't kill mobs
Bowman:
PROS: far ranged for field 1, 2 ,5 and 6, mobbing skills, crossbow mans have high dex which allows them to still hit monsters even with avoidability up, KB robos.
CONS: cannot knockback most cpq monsters
Pirates:
PROS: Mobbing at lower levels, attack speed pretty fast
CONS: Brawlers attack slower than Gunslingers, Gunslingers hit lower, miss often
TACTICS
[These tactics are based on our own opinions (My friend and I ) ]
** My friend and I usually summon around the last 5 or few minutes since we like to save up points but it summoning protectors/skills in the beginning can annoy the other team and prevent them from killing
~ Try not to die since you lose a maximum of 10 cp points
~Toy Trojans + speed up + avoidability if in room 3/4 and the opponent's party consist of assassins
*** If opponents party consist of far-ranged attackers try summoning big mobs in room 3 or 4
~Chronos + Speed up + cancel weapon/magic attack
~ Summoning chronos in field 5/6 is useful since they can knock down your opponents climbing up ladder
~ Try to summon accuracy up and avoidability up together but especially avoidability on classes with low accuracy
~If you're in a party of all high levels than you can invite a low level to decrease your party's average
~When you have loads of Cp you can summon Rombots + cancel attacks + power up + stun
Some of the best techniques I like is, when you summon cancel attacks than keep summoning right after the opponent knocks it down.
*** These are all based upon opinion and experience but I truly believe it all depends on the opponent's party on what to summon or not.
Spiegelmann can be found Kerning, Orbis, Ludibrium, Singapore ( CBD to be specific), and ariant
MAPLE COINS can be traded in for items and weapons from Spiegelmann, you might want to get a spiegelmann necklace and/or if you are in need of money you can get weapons and sell them to npcs or anyway you want to sell them.

Kerning City PQ
First note. You need to be lv 21~ 30 to do this PQ
Enter the PQ by getting a party of four and talk to Lakelis, who is located in Kerning City, near the sewers.
Only one party is allowed to partipate in the Party Quest in one channel, so channel surf or wait at an empty channel to get in.
When you are waiting, you might see someone come to the pq area and goes "afk"(away from keyboard) 80% of the time they're not really afk but they are a scout from the other party. What is a scout? that will be explained at the end of this guide.
Before I get into the actual PQ, let me explain the pros and cons of each class so you can chose the classes wisely to get you through faster.
Magicians:
Pros: High damage, Can hit everything, can heal (if cleric)
Cons: Low Hp, Potions run out very fast
Warriors:
Pros: high Hp, can do high damage
Cons: Big damage range ( so you can do 40 with one hit then 400 with another), needs to get close to attack
Bowmen:
Pros: High range, Decent damage
Cons: Can't get too close to monster, not as high damage as theives
they are sorta in the middle
Claw Theives:
Pros: High range, Good damage.
Cons: can't get too close. kind of stars have huge factors in damage,
Dagger theives:
Pros: Okay damage , fast attacks
Cons: Need to get close. Low accuracy when facing boss.
Gun Pirates:
Pros:Okay damage, Ranged
Cons: Can't get too close, Damage not as good as Bowmen or Theives.
Knuckle Pirates:
Pros: can do High damage
Cons: Need to get close, low accuracy.
kk now I can get into the actual PQ,
STAGE 1
Well, This is stage One! If you want to leave, Talk to the NPC rright beside you when you enter, if you want to continue your journey, go to the far right and answer the question given by the NPC by collecting coupons dropped by the alligators you see up on the platforms. the possible questions are--
sp gained when lvling up: 3
ap gained when lvling up: 5
how many people can be in a party max: 6
After you get all the coupons, talk to Cloto again to get you pass, which you'll give to the party leader.
Once all three members gave the leader his/her pass, the leader should click on the NPC and you can move on to STAGE TWO!!!
Note for this stage: The leader do not have to get coupons.
Second note for this stage: If a party member die or disconnect, no worries because you can still complete the PQ, just give your 2 passes to the leader.
STAGE TWO!!!!
Congrats, you've made it into stage two. this stage, you need to have your party members hang on the ropes until you get the right rope sequence by clicking on the NPC until it says clear. Only the Leader have to do the clicking, After that, you can move on!
Note for this stage: The NPC might say you haven't found three ropes even though you DO have three members on, that might mean that one or more members are too high/low on a rope.
Another Note: The best Way to get Pass this stage is to go on the ropes clockwise or counter-clock wise. But you don't have to since there are not too much combination of ropes to go on.
Easy stage right?
STAGE THREE!!!
Wow, you made it into the third stage!
For this stage. There are five platforms that have kitties on them, they represent the number of the platform. You'll need three members on the platforms to get the right sequence, and again, the leader has to click on the NPC until it says clear. then You can move on to the second last stage!!
Note for the stage: it is recommended that you go by numerical order, that means you go like this:
123
124
125
134
135
145
234
235
245
345
STAGE FOUR!!!
You're almost there!
For this stage, you'll need to get the right sequence AGAIN!
have three party members stand on the barrels. there are 6 in total. The leader should click on the NPC untill it says Clear.
Note for this stage: Do it in numerical order just like the last stage, go like:
126
136
146
156
236
246
256
346
356
456
STAGE FIVE!!!
OMG you're on the last stage!!!~
First, go down and you'll see three cursed eyes. kill them and let the leader get the passes they drop.
then go in the portal and go down to see six Jr.Neckis kill them and get the passes they drop.
and lastly kill the boss KING SLIME!!! the stats are here:
King Slime
Level: 40
HP/MP: 8000/100
EXP: 800
Meso: -
KB: 300
Note on king slime: It does a powerful smash attack, to prevent it, jump when it hits the ground.
Another note: When King Slime dies. A bunch of small slimes appear. There is a Myth going on that if you kill those small slimes, you'll get bad rewards when you finish. Whether you believe it or not is your choice.
and you should have 10 passes in total, if you do, go talk to Cloto and you'll get an reward and be teleported to the bonus stage!
after you are teleported out to the bonus stage, look at the chat box to see your reward!

BONUS!!!!!
Wow, you finished the Kerning City PQ! now you have 20 minutes to kill the lonely mushrooms and Green mushrooms on the top! and the spawn retes are really high!
go to your right and talk to Nella To get out of there.
And thats basically it! You've finished the PQ!!!
IF you want to do the PQ again, there are three methods
Rushing: The party immeadiately leaves Bonus stage, and quickly get to PQ area and hope no one got in before them (high risk of missing the chance to get in)
Scouting: Send a party member or two outside to the pq area and check if there is anyone there before leader exits the pq.
Note: When you just come out, Lakelis might say there is another party inside, don't automatically assume that you missed, because there is a time delay of when you exit the PQ, so keep on clicking and you will be in the PQ.
2nd Note: You cannot have more than 2 people exit the pq and also, the leader cannot exit/go scouting because if you have more than two people outside, the entire party will go outside, same with leaders, if they go outside, the entire party goes. But if you are the leader and you have to go do something before you re-enter the PQ, e.g. recharging, buy more potions, etc. you can give the leader spot to someone else when you leave, you can ask them (nicely) to give you your spot back when you enter the PQ again.
Thats all there is to the Kerning City Party Quest, keep on following this guide and very soon, you will become a pro at KPQing!
Have fun and Don't hack! =P

Being a Party Leader: You must have the following skills: Be able to find members who won’t quit, Click fast enough to compete with other parties trying to get in the same channel, Be supportive/Help other members, Have patience, and being focused on the PQ.
Step 1: First of all, you’ll need 4 people within the level of 21-30. Get them all to the Kerning City Sewers. You might need a track to find an open channel. Type in "/find (person’s name)" who is inside the PQ in the current channel. You can see how far they are in the PQ. Or you may channel surf (going into each channel and see if it's empty).
Step 2 : Get your party leader to talk to Lakelis to start the Party Quest. You will either be told the channel if full, or your party will be warped inside the PQ. If it is full try to get a track (mentioned in Step 1), it can really help.
Stage 1: You will start out on the left side of a map filled with Ligators. Don’t start killing unless you’re the leader. The other members must head right and talk to Cloto. She will tell you to collect a certain amount of coupons to turn into passes. You must collect 3 passes from each member to clear the stage. Here are the things she says:
How much SP you gain every level - 3 coupons
How much AP you gain every level - 5 coupons
Maximum amount of SP gained as a beginner - 6 coupons
Maximum amount of people in a party - 6 coupons
Level required for Magician - 8 coupons
Level required for Bowman - 10 coupons
Level required for Thief - 10 coupons
Level required for Warrior - 10 coupons
Experience required getting from level 1 to level 2 - 15 coupons
Required INT for Magician - 20 coupons
Required DEX for Bowman - 25 coupons
Required DEX for Thief - 25 coupons
Required Str for Warrior - 35 Coupons
Keep killing Ligators until each party member has enough coupons. Once you have three passes, talk to Cloto, and move on to the next stage.
Stage 2: Walk to the right of the map and get the party leader talk to Cloto. She will give you info. about the stage, but so will I. Get three party members, each going on a different vine. Click on Cloto; if "WRONG" pops up try another combination of vines. If "CLEAR" move on to the next stage.
Stage 3: This is another stage in which requires combinations to solve. First head to the top where there will be 5 platforms, each holding (a) kitten(s). If there is one kitten on a platform, that is #1; If there are two, that’s #2; etc. Again, you will need to find a specific combination that clears the stage. It is recommended that the party goes through the combinations in numerical order: 1-2-3, 1-2-4, 1-2-5, 1-3-4, 1-3-5, 1-4-5, 2-3-4, 2-3-5, 2-4-5, 3-4-5. Once "CLEAR" pops up, head to the portal for the next stage.
Stage 4: This stage also relies on combinations. At the top, there will lie 6 barrels numbered from 1-6. Again, It is recommended that the party go through the combinations in numerical order: 1-2-3, 1-2-4, 1-2-5, 1-2-6, 1-3-4, 1-3-5, 1-3-6, 1-4-5, 1-4-6, 1-5-6, 2-3-4, 2-3-5, 2-3-6, 2-4-5, 2-4-6, 2-5-6, 3-4-5, 3-4-6, 3-5-6, 4-5-6. This stage is usually longer than the others; but once "CLEAR" comes you’re ready for the boss stage.
Final Stage: You will spawn on a floating stage across from Cloto, and next to Nella. Only click on Nella if either: you want to quit, or you don’t have enough passes.
First, jump down and kill the green curse eyes (x3). Let the party leader collect the passes they drop.
Next go through the portal on the left; which brings you a floor down. Kill the Jr. Neckies (x6), and get the leader to collect the passes; it might be difficult to kill them if you have low DEX, because they have high avoidability.
Finally, take the portal on the right and King Slime will be lurking under you.
Kill him for the last pass to clear the stage. Be careful of his magic earthquake, it is very strong. It might take a while to kill him, since he has a whopping 8,000 HP! He can also summon slimes to aid him (but they're easy to kill). Once the leader collects all ten passes, go back up and have him/her talk to Cloto twice. She will teleport you to the Bonus Stage and will give you one of the rewards in the beginning of this guide.
Bonus Stage: You will start out on the bottom of 3 long, but separated platforms directly above each other. There are both Green and lonely Mushrooms. There are very high spawning rates so be careful not to die. Try not to stay long because people may steal your channel and you might not be able to get back in until they’re done.
If you do as I say, you should have no problem with Kerning PQ.
Once you do it a few times, you wont need this guide.
You will master the techniques of KPQ.
Good Luck, and Have Fun!

Here is my Carnival Party Quest Guide! I literally spent all day on this and put a lot of effort into it so I hope it is good and helps anyone who doesn't understand the Monster Carnival! I'd love any ideas for improvements!
So you're the competition huh....awesome job on the display...honestly feeling a bit discouraged after seeing that...if I post back I at least know what I have to beat.

Currently level 51, decided to remake the char so I could get stats/skills done right.

How to train a Ice powered White Knight/Paladin:
Since roughly 90% or more of all monsters have some reaction to Ice (mainly being frozen) a White Knight/Paladin can monopolize on this and get serious training while burning little potions and wasting less time and money repotting.
Requirements:
DEX - An Ice powered WK/PD is no powerhouse. This is sheer tactical, accuracy based fighting, and since you can use Threaten and any attack raising potions and mainly STR and Attack boosting equipment you can actually make up for more than what you'd think you'd be missing going with a lower range of DEX. You should not need more than 160 DEX total (about 200 accuracy). I recommend for the Ice WK/PD you build as follows:
Level 1 - 30: Build DEX at 2x (twice) your level.
Level 31+: Build DEX +1 per level till you have no more than 160 DEX.
With the proper equips like a Zakum Helmet, Mark of Naricain, and other STR and ATT based equips you should have more than enough attack to damage the monsters you will be fighting effectively. Once you have about 200 Accuracy from 160 DEX plus the DEX from equips and accuracy, you should be able to train almost anywhere.
Thief Potions (NLC versions) - At times you may need an occasional accuracy boost. Good to keep some handy.
Ice/Freeze Charge maxed or in process of being maxed first - You will need to have Ice/Freeze at about Level 10 to really start utilizing it well enough for training.
Where to train and why:
If you get started early (level 70) and start building your White Knight with Ice by Level 73 you should be more than ready to take on everything.
From Level 73 to about Level 80 - Train on Death Teddies. You can snag about 1600 experience points from them and they are great for mobbing. While others will say go to Dual Ghost Pirates with Fire, you get about the same experience points per kill, and since freeze stops death teddies cold (no pun intended), you can finish them off long before they even get a chance to attack which will save you potions which in turn will save you money.
From Level 80 to about Level 90 - Try to start training if possible on Spirit Vikings. You may need Thief Potions early on. Again these can be frozen for easier mobbing and killing. Each gives about 2100 experience points. These also drop the valuable Ilbi Stars at random which are good for turning a nice profit in the free market.
From Level 90 to about Level 100 - You should be able to train in Leafre now effectively. At first you may want to start on the lightweight monsters like Red Dragon Turtles and Red Wyverns. From there Dark Wyverns should be good for training around Level 95 till you reach 100.
From 100 onwards - Go to Skelegons and Skelosauruses. You should be able to hit them with Thief Potions till about 110 when you can start training without Thief Potions. At 4500 to 4750 experience per kill these will be very good experience for a long time. You may also want to check out the Peek of the Big Nest area for Skelosauruses and Nest Golems which yield some of the best experience points in the game after about Level 110. After you get Paladin and can get Heaven's Hammer you might want to try our Crimson Guardians. be aware they do not have any elemental weakness and absorb most of not all elemental damage. When you get to about Level 140 and up, you should start attempting to solo bosses for huge experience and maybe some good drops.
