Ok I'm srry but I have to keep fighting for my account and other people's accounts.
For the past 3months numerous accounts have been banned for 9months in all sorts of pqs and zakum runs.
People then submit tickets and got an automated response, then their account was perma banned...

I don't think it's right that people have been banned for major lagging then have not gotten their accounts back
or Nexon has not even notified us that they know about this problem and are fixing it...

People like myself recently charged nx cash to their accounts and were then banned 2days later...
for something they didn't even do.

I can know see why people say Nexon's customer support is a big fat F

NxProse, can you plese just look into this issue and find out what wrong?

You have lost alot of people playing this game due to this "autoban glitch"

Is there any more talk about adding other types of arrows for (x)bows. Perhaps some with a little extra kick that could be recharged(nerf arrows=P)?

 Some are ranting one how pirates are gonna be censored due to the "guns not fitting into the E rating", would it be "edited" to fit the rating?

-Levels for the new zones. Most people would love to know that.
-Hints for Ariant; does that mean exclusive expansions OUTSIDE MASTERIA? The John Barricade NPC mentions something about Ariant Pyramids, if I remember correctly, on a quest.
-What do Yeti plushies eat? Cotton?
-Any new pqs exclusive for Masteria coming soon, or later?
-Is the annoying return scroll disablement in Masteria there for something, or is it just for laughs?

This is one question that may determine if maple is still popular in a year or two.

1. Will we ever have pvp in any way that involves players attacking each other based on their stats, this could range anything from REAL pvp to a maplestory paint ball.

Also, many of us get bored and the community is depleating alittle bit everyday due to lack of pvp to pay off the grinding. This question is not asking when or what type of pvp. Its asking if we will EVER get pvp.

About how much longer until we get our next "Summer Surprise"?

 did you readded aqua seraphim to cash shop because u were fixing the bug of the pole arms/spears having wrong animation? (lol i was the first 1 to report on that..)

1) Since the New Yeti boss got released but non others, does this mean that you are only releasing the bosses one at a time?

2) (You dont have to answer this question) Is the new masteria map based off of Jack Barracade? ((and his magical beanstock? *nidge nudge*))

3) Are you going to change the name from Maple Global to Maple America since you dont except more people outside of north america?
