I though this was solved. Anyways, i know how ot solve it.  Open McAfee, go to "Advanced Menu" and on the side hit "configure".  Go to computer and files and where is says "Virus Protection Enabled" click the "advanced" button below.  Once you're there it should say "Scan for unknown virusis"  check the box off, re-download maple and it should work.

I dont have mcAffer but i keep getting this error saying

And i did and the report said " Failed " It was just working last weekend and now its dead. Please help :(!

just keep trying to open up maplestory

the longest i heard that it took for one person to finally bypass this error and play maplestory was 5 days!!!

That happened to me too until i got the dell update. Afterwards, it didn't let me play maple at all! It says that there's a trojan named Artemis, right?

artemis... this is a backdoor variant, that means to slow down your system. Strangely McAfee recently does not support GMS anymore, most people have Symantec these days, since it will allow you using maplestory without any trouble, and destroy any virusses at the same time that are comming on your desktop.

Problem solved. Just change anti-virus program McAfee to Symantec. Then you can play maplestory again.

Mine says when i try to load it:

"HackShield Initialization Error: 0x00000107(263)"

Im not gonna send a AHN report.
