I don't see a copyright symbol anywhere on there. How do we know it's yours? What evidence do you have that says that this picture is actually yours? You don't. He could have made that picture himself and, coincidentally, it ended up looking like yours. There is nothing you can do about it unless you have flawless proof that it is yours.
Sorry to say this pal but unless you put that copyright symbol on your stuff, anybody can do anything they want with it. Heck, they can even call it their own and you could do nothing about it.
