Sounds interesting, and yet....What precisely defines a "history" of abuse? Repeated citations and bans? Just one case? The language here is fairly vague on this matter.
It almost sounds like any previous bans would count as an automatic black mark, which I hope is not the case.
Additionally, there seems to be the unspoken (yet very loud none-the-less) implicit assumption that the ideal candidate would have never even investigated the machinations they're supposed to be fighting against. Unless they are meant to be merely a grunt squad; mass labor to make up for lack of dedicated GM hours, I don't see how you can hope to effectively combat repeat offenders unless you have some understanding of the mechanisms they employ and how they work.
Additionally, most of the more sophisticated tricks, illicit modifications and glitches can be traced back to one or two sites (who shall go unamed here), with the rest copy/pasting (poorly) and claiming them as their own. The Devs do read those sites regularly, right? Y'know, since whatever is brewed up there will be disseminated to all the script kiddies as your next big threat within a few weeks....So your devs reading it would amount to an early warnig system.....right? guys? ......
