Hello! I am an old time player of maplestory from a long time ago but stopped. 3 years has passed though and I just jump started myself on maple. I am 21, turning 22 at the end of this year. I also have skype, msn, and vent depending on what kind of communication people have. I live in NY, and I work a morning job (so EST time 4am-9am or11am depending on the day). I am seeking people who are closer to my age group. It's very diffcult to find someone who is around my age, and get along with, in a game where a ton of the time you are doing your own thing. My in game name is Anosu. A lowbie level 16 pirate, aiming for the gunslinger path.

Does anyone else ever have problems randomly logging into the forum? I was almost stuck out of the forum for like an hour or two. Kept saying my password was wrong even though it wasnt, and then said my account was banned for 10 mins becuase I didnt put the correct password in. Also, sometimes when I put the info in, the page refreshed but the Sign in and Join and Help was still there instead of my account info.

The forums are a bit buggy at times, and yes, I've been locked out before as well. It shouldn't happen too often though, so just give it some time, and you should be back up and posting.

I'm not quite 20 yet, will be in just a few months, but I wish you luck out there. There are quite a few people who are at least 18+ in this game. There are as well guilds specifically for this. I've found though, that sometimes age isn't everything. Quite a few of my in game friends are younger than myself, but they act more mature than others who may be older.

I'll try to free up some room when I get on tomorrow. Kind of amazed I'm at 100 buddies already. I guess I'll have some spring cleaning to do with my buddy list. If you wish, I also play my Wind Archer a fair bit lately, so you can add either Occluded (my Wind Archer) or mid-day tomorrow my main I/L Arch Mage XgrantwallX.

And yes, posting here is a good way to find people, as it's a relatively nice, quiet, and secure community of generally nice people. Hope to hear from you in game.
