Sorry, but I think that's horrible advice.  There's hundreds of guilds on Ruairi, and most don't last longer than the first 30 days.  We have more than enough 2-5 person guilds just sitting inactive, and many older and established guilds start to die for inactivity and lack of fresh blood.  Martyr, Simply, Dango, Edgepunisher, ...
