It goes like this, the ''success rate'' as i call it, goes up a little every mabi day. Thats why more people get boxes in the afternoon than night. The ''success rate'' resets at 12:00 midnight. Of course, one of my guildies told me this cos i aint smart enough to figure this out by myself :P
