I use windmill+counter on some monsters...No idea if anyone ever thought of it before me. :3
Anyways I use a mix of ice and melee...Ish very effective and I kill stuff pretty fast. I doubt I could teach it to anyone since it's not like ice counter...it's more based on reacting to whatever the monster throws at you. xD

Trust me you want to avoid Tir like the plague and stay in Dun or Emain.
Tir has just become to overcrowded and is full of noobs playing forum songs and shouting ''ZOMG IS THAT NARUTO!!11!1I LOVE NARUTO!11!11!'' (Yes people were actually shouting that in Tir)

Do something that makes you tired like ride your bike for a couple miles and then when you get home you'll be exhausted and then you can try and take a nap! :3
And stay away from coffee and anything with caffeine in it like soda. o-o
No idea if any of that will work though so maybe you should wait for some other people to reply? Just in case ...

I suggest you stay in the guild since you like it so much. :3
And after the guild dies sometime in the future(if it does) you then create your own guild. xD
