lol it happend to me a couple mins ago. the best thing to do is to open taks manager [ctrl alt delete] and end it, then start again. lol i got vista to, its not that its bad with vista, its either ur comp jus started up or its random. jus restart it, or try re bootin ur comp. Good Luck!
