I assume you are using windows XP. Blue screen in XP is most likely a driver issue. Try a newer or older driver and/or check you have latest directx.

((Max Damage - Min Damage) × Balance) + Min Damage
So this means if I modified a weapon to have 0-X damage and 0% balance, the most frequent damages would be near 0? That sucks.. I'm going to have to change my plans on modifying warhammer.
