Texture loading fail?

Every time when I'm trying to RB it always took me at least 30 minutes because the shop page just won't load. I've tried different operating systems, 3 different browsers (IE without plugins, Opera and Chrome), and I am having problems frequently. Any helps would be apprieciated.
