zer0fill:What operating system are you running? I don't think that chipset supports vista, so I'll assume you're running XP. You may want to try installing a generic Intel graphics driver and then try installing the Media Accelerator. I have no idea if it'll work or not, but it wouldn't hurt. :S
It won't let me install either of them. ...
