The l96a1 isn't very accurate, unlike the m24. People who are actually good at sniping can easily get a headshot; making the m24 a very deadly sniper. If you think about it, the l96a1 has nice gun sounds, high damage, but the lowest accuracy compared to basically all the sniper rifles in Combat Arms.
