To delete it you can either open the task manager and click processes then end the process that says npkcmsvc.exe or whatever it was and click end process then you can delete it.

I've tried both of those but neither of them seem to work. I don't even know how to explain the problem at this point. It just seems hackshield just decides to stop at a moments notice.

Ok nevermind somehow I fixed the problem...

Since yesterday I have been unable to get past the launcher. I double click mabinogi on my desktop and when it loads the launcher it says 'Check patch information'. Before that would last less than the time it takes to load the images on the patcher. Now it takes 5 minutes or more just to end up saying 'Failed to download patch information. Retry ...
