All the bots do eventually get banned, they're just replaced so fast it'd make your head spin.  Then again, i've seen GMs walk right past bots without doing a thing, so i'm pretty sure they're not on the priority list for Nexon Staff.  They'd rather be out there bearin' down on more gamebreaking problems, and just screwing ...
