Eh..... Reinforce?   Heh, I remember once on Chan 4 people were bidding though Party messages to buy me for their Guild though. x3 One friend wanted me in Silvermoon, another in EMOs... So they make party messages. XD Then other people joined in... o.o Then they started being mean and I logged off. T.T

Press P to open the party window, then choose your options and submit. You could also join others parties, the black boxes on top of peoples heads. If you disabled the P button, you could get to it by opening your friends window and clicking on the party button below that.
