Seems to me the chests are COMPLETELY random. Certain items in certain areas, is simply coincidence.

25 points 95% of which is 23.75 point, so failing one point is statistically right. As for 30 points, 95% success would be 28.5, so it's expected that she will fail 1-2 points.  95% does not equate to 100%. You don't have bad luck with her, you just have the normal rate.

Try not to go past rank F in any skill.  Explore a little first. Then start spending that ap in skills you want.  I suggest ranking Combat mastery, and Magic mastery last, if you consider it.

Besides enchants, you can use tendering potions. They only last for 5 min each though, so will cost you quite a bit of money. Another thing you can do is rebirth, then try to keep your level as low as possible, while WMing of course.
