Several months ago I contacted tech suport over a missing giant card... tThey said they needed more info. Exact time and date. I went to respond to the ticket and get a message the site it down. Well for me the site is down every since then. And every since then I have to open task manager when I try log on to get on. And my elves get stuck when using range skills. So if the site ont let me contact tech support anyone know a better way? Ironically I got an email from tjhem and tried to notify someone thru that email. Still no response. This is the message I get at the start screen when you go to pick who ya playin client.exe caused an EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION
