Ok, so I just ran through the Alby G1 quest and had lots of problems.  First off, whatever is wrong with the servers, fix it please.  We got stuck in a room for a good 15 minutes waiting roughly 5 minutes in-between rounds of monsters to appear.  During that time, one of party members left.  And after that, every time we unlocked a door it showed at cutscene saying "Failed to clear the dungeon."  The two of us finished and left, no reward, nothing.  I didn't get Tarlach's locket back either.  So where do I go from here?  Do I need to redo the bear part and talk to people or what?  Any help would be appreciated.

No worries, you just experienced some dungeon lag. Just go back to Stewart and use the same Keyword. He should then give you another locket.
