    Believe it or not, the coding is actually really simple. It's only hard if you don't understand writing music initially.

    First, the simplest part are the notes themselves: a b c d e f g and r (rest value)

    To add an accidental to either lower or raise the notes a half-step, add either # (+) or - after you type in the desired note

    Length of the note is divided like this, g1, or a whole note of the note g, g2 is a half note, g8 is an eight-note, g16 is a sixteenth-note, g32 is thirty-second, etc. A note by itself can be anything pending on what your default note length is. Unless it's changed from the start, the default length is a quarter note. You can change it by coding in L followed by the desired length. In addition to note lengths are dotted notes which work simply by adding a dot after the note, like this : g8. (dotted-eighth note)

    Tempo can be changed by coding in T with whatever BPM you want.

    Volume of the note can be changed by coding V with the volume level you want.

     The octave of the note can be changed by either coding O with the numbers 1-8 (4 being the default), or adding a > to indicate to moving up an octave, or < to indicate lowering an octave.

    If you can compose music in real life then just follow the above. But I believe most people just take them from somewhere else. Some places you can go to for music are the composer on the main page (community>composer) and this (http://mabimml.modev.jp/) for anime/Japanese music. Yes it's in Japanese, but it's pretty easy to find the songs you want. o.o;

    Just don't go selling the scrolls. XD
