Ok when I wanted to get my husband and my giant married I went inside the wedding hall and could not see anything it was totally blacked out.

Anyway I contacted tech support they told me it was my computer.

Anyway I just went again and played around. I found out the problem was that I needed to go to options and then under effects change the field of vision to Far. 

 It fixed the problem and I was able to get in and have my wedding. I just wanted to share this with others who may have the same problem.
