    When I just logged on, and went to go onto my giant. HE wasn't there at all! I didn't delete him, or get deleted my nexon. If I can't get him back, then that menas I just wasted alot of time on my giant, and i'm not getting it back. Super Angry

    Make sure you checkmark "Giant."

    I did, it still wasn't there.

    I just did, and it said "delete enabled". What, I even tried to recover him and it said it failed to recover! That means I wasted all my time leveling him up!

    OMG . I came here tonight to c if can make any headway since cant reach tech support for several months. It all started with a missing giant card... play on mari server.. if you find out what goin on note me please. Candita

    Did you delete the character? Did you ever give out your account information along with your password to anyone?
