What the hell is going on here? I cant access my account information because I put it up years ago and i didn't think to use my real name - as if ANYONE would - AND I cant charge more nx points to my account because it says im using the ' wrong ' paypal. It's the same damn paypal I've been using to charge points for MONTHS upon MONTHS. i used a different one ONCE last week - which was my moms - she got it for me - and now i cant use my OWN anymore. Wth!?!?!?! now all of a sudden HERS is the primary paypal thing attached to my acc because i used it ONCE???

 And I think I could easily fix this if I could get to my account information but I can't. This is the stupidest thing in the world. And you can't even contact customer service because it's always 'experiencing difficulties'. Are there just a bunch of retarded idiots running Nexon America or are we going to have the interface and customer support made to be a little more user-friendly? I think that recent update is what messed up my Paypal information. Like most the updates, it's not fixing sh*t.

I know exactly what you mean. I have tried to submit complaints before but the server is almost always "under maintenence" or as soon as I submit it, it is automatically thrown out. Its not because it is an invalid concern or anything... In fact, I doubt ANYONE even looked at it. It seems as if Nexon is just leaving us to drift, so to speak, without even trying to fix the problems (or giving out prizes for some of the events they seem so fond of doing). I have waited over half a year for them to resolve an issue with my account and they STILL have done NOTHING.

In short, the customer service annoys the heck out of me.
