ok well I was able to find (I think) the rule that my friends tell me was broken...but can anyone tell me if it applies to what happend to me.
long story short, I was under the assumption that Char 1 was a friend of my friend. Char 1 wanted to "try on" my hat and boots. Since I am nice and thought that Char 1 was a friend of my friend, I was silly in thinking they could be trusted and gave them the items to try on. (yes, yes I know)
After they got my hat and boots they asked me for my non tradeable armor and adohans charm, I said no. They then asked for my sword, I said no. I asked if they were going to try it on not. They said "no since you wont give me the sword I will leave now."
so after asking them why, I was told that apperenty I am a scammer and I scammed their friend and that was that. I told them that I am not the person they think I am...wich is probably the charater Clovergreen (who is no longer playing from what I understand)
I even helped them in a dungon to get some money while waiting for Char 1 friend to log on (Char 2). Well guess what...Char 1 finally belived me after a few of my frinends told them that I am not a scammer and what they did was wrong. meanwhile Char 2 logged on, got my items that were mailed to them and when Char 1 told Char 2 that they needed the items back, Char 2 refused to give them back and now is no longer talking to Char 1. fun story huh.
So if you are able to understand any of this delimma and know the code of conduct and terms of service...did char 1 and char 2 do somethig wrong? or is it completly my fault and I should not even bother to file a ticket with nexon?
this was all I was able to find, but I am not sure if this applies to me?
