I know that this skill is based on % (with r1 dealing 600%) but what stat determines the damage? I'd think that with a bow equipped, the damage would be based upon dexterity (or just damage in that case) but what about a wand? If it's based on damage, wouldn't it be rather pointless to use the skill with a wand? Anyone able to confirm if it's based on intelligence with a wand? I've also heard before the damage increases with higher ranked bolts and adv. magic but...that doesn't exactly sound right to me.

You would think it would be increased for the type of weapon you're using(weapon type referring to what is most needed to upgrade damage with), but it appears to only be damage increased with bows. Maybe it's just another DevCAT/Nexon fail.
