I am going to try working with it this week, giving it enough time to arrive, and seriously hope I don't have to file a ticket.....
I hate filing tickets for games... some game companies are bad about the 'copy-paste' esponses that leave you wondering if they even read your ticket fully....or just never responding to tickets....
Nexon could be worse I suppose... but it bugs me everytime I report something because it is not working as it should, so that they can be aware of it and mabye fix it I get the same 'feedback is the correct caragory for this, even if it's closed right away it will be read.'
feedback to me is well feedback, what you do or don't like, not a big problem or glitch, or money that didn't go through ect.
I think bugs and glitches should be able to go under "Bug report".
