They're blue. Red would make me very happy. If the answer is no I'll just sell it right now. 

I would assume you could with metal dyes, that being said I can't say for sure and I don't have the cash to try atm(way to spend all my gold at once eh? xD). It's my understanding metal dyes aren't TOO expensive though. If you can't, be sure to sell the shield for a high price, especially if it's the same blue as mine.

I actually got a month of fantasy life left to go, so I'm set for dyes. What would be awesome would be if I could dye the shield itself. 

As far as I know, no shields can be dyed.

If you could make the shield itself white and the metal bits dark red, I'd trade in a heartbeat. Actually the reverse wouldn't be bad either, but not as good.

I'm afraid, as far as I know, that only the metal bits can be controlled. Even if I could change the colour of the body of the shield, I couldn't make it white- it'd only come from random chance if it's even possible. I'm pretty sure the pallet for it is only browns.

Well brown is fine. And in that case, if you can make the metal parts solid white, you got a deal. I'd even pay extra for more durability. Though not by much because it's not that important to me. 1K for each durability past 8.

White would have to be totally at random, and would be extremely rare. If I managed to get one white, it could probly sell for upwards at 2M. I can only make it random, silver, red or gold.
