I suggest changing the character your house is associated to, then. If it's indeed sabotage, the best way to avoid it is by fading into the night. If it's under a different character, they won't see "your" house anymore, therefore ending the problem.
Remember- if you "run out" of fliers, your ad will still appear on the housing shop ad board like normal, but the "Receive" button won't be activated. If someone was interested in buying something from you, they would still be able to travel to the housing channel, locate your house and make the purchase.
Another thing to think of (if you're set against changing the registered character on the house) is to do the "Additional Printing" option. It says that you're able to hold a maximum of 100 fliers, but I've had it print another 100 on top of the original 100 and didn't run out of fliers when 100 were pulled. Give it a shot, the worst case scenario if it doesn't work for you is that you lose 2k gold. I'll even give you the 2k if you need it. xD
