"Please do what you must, just don't harm my child." Those were the last words I heard from my mother before I was thrown against the wall and blacked out. When I woke up I was in something red, red and sticky. I also felt a chilling breeze. The door was slightly open. They had left, good. What was I in? Blood? That's when I saw her. I saw her with a large gash in her neck. The expression on her face looked as if she knew this was coming. The expression of sadness and worry. I backed up against the wall, more scared than I was shocked. Was that my mother?
"No. No this isn't happening. This can't be happening!" I said aloud. What good did it make? It then occurred to me. I was alone, I was confused, and the person I most cherish is gone. I huddled up in a ball and started crying. A neighbor came by to check the noise that I had made. After that, everything gets fuzzy. This memory always came up every time I visited my mother's tombstone. That's when I whispered the little message I always whisper whenever I visit. "Please mom. If you can hear me, know that I love you. I just wish I could see you, hear you, and say my last good-byes. Please send me a message of some sort." Everything was silent for a while until something broke in. "Let's head back home, this place is giving me the creeps."
