    FMG-9

Figured I'd suggest this one. The Magpul FMG-9. You're probably seen videos of it, and I'd bet money it's been suggested before, but I figured I'd put my own ideas for it up. Here's pictures of it open and closed, respectively.

I figure same damage as Glock 18, same fire rate as MP5, same accuracy as the UZI.

Reload speed and recoil also about that of an UZI. Mag size of 30 (or, if Nexon goes realistic on this one, 31 round mag).

Now the big kicker, and the one that could unbalance this gun, as I figure same portability and draw speed as the 92FS. It weighs half a kilo, which means it's actually just a little over half the weight of the M9. However, this is balanced by the fact that when extended, it's 503 mm long, or about 19.8 inches - about the size of the P90. As far as draw speed goes, all you have to do is push a button on top of the reciever, and the thing unfolds right into your hands, ready to fire.

As another balancing deal, make it either not moddable at all, or very restricted. After all, putting on a supressor or an extended magazine would prevent the folding mechanism from working, and an optic would simply destroy the real-life purpose of the gun. The only thing that could MAYBE be modded onto it would be a fast-loader magazine, or since this is Nexon we're talking about, where real life purposes have no meaning, I suppose optics.

    Opinions?

I like it. It would be balanced if it had ridiculous recoil due to the weight...

    Re: FMG-9

Interesting weapon, and it's certainly refreshing to see something new.

In general it would be nice to see a new submachine gun.

The relative obscurity of this means that it should remain fairly rare, either restricted to high ranks or be a supply case item.

I like how it's balanced by not having any attachments. I can definitely see this being good as an "emergency" SMG for a sniper to pull out when attacked at a close distance, especially considering its fast draw speed. Pretty good.

That said, it's also not used by anyone yet, so it might just end up as another gimmick weapon that never becomes established. Either way, though, it's fascinating.

    Re: FMG-9

Yea this is one of the stealthiest SMGs in the world, instead of being compact and able to be carried in ur pockets, this is like right in front of ppl's eyes and they wouldnt know what it is, then u jus flip it open in the blink of an eye and shoot everyone to pieces. Very cool weapon in the real world, but its main purpose would be useless in combat arms cause this isnt a disguise game and ur most likely to get shot on sight no matter if your carrying a dangerously loaded SMG, or just a compact toolbox...

    Re: FMG-9

If it's going to be an SMG, don't even try to compare it's power to a Glock. :\
Pistols take about what, 6 or 7 shots to kill in game?
Whereas SMGs, with I'm pretty sure of equal muzzle velocties,
and using the same type of rounds, kill in four or five shots.
    :P
Nexon doesn't balance weapons all that well. Same round, same muzzle velocity,
much longer kill time. Maybe if they made SMGs more shots to kill and made them a bit more accurate, they'd be balanced.

    just... don't... talk...

    please?

personally, if this was just a G23 with some fire mode changes and give it the fastest draw in the game, i'd +1

    Erm... what?

You do realize that the slide in the FMG-9 is from a glock, right?

Don't take my word for it, listen to Drake:
