Any guild that posts a recruiting topic, and that topic turns into drama immediately I personally would not join. It would not matter to me, as an uninformed outsider, who started what and what is true. Drama is drama, and no matter who is the start of the drama, it is a sure sign that more drama is bound to follow. I wouldn't want to be involved in that.

 Point is that Noxx might want to look into alternative methods of promoting their guild and recruiting new players.

I might not like Noxx members but they have every right to recruit on the nexon forums - it's not the guild's fault if others felt the need to instigate.
