Thank you everyone for all of your help! I am going to try these things. Like I said I do wish I had someone to play with in the game so I could party and do some of the dungons better. :)

If you want to make friends, try just putting up a party for whatever dungeon you're running. Especially when you're just starting, the easiest way to meet new people is by doing run with them.
