I'm wishing I read this since I logged into my main whose birthday is today... Now if I buy it I'd have to lug it around for a week first >.o

And judging from the look it looks like one of the color variations of Nao's "sundresses".

If I'm correct since I'm using Rua's Dress. Long as you have the right keyword that nao gives you while you're talking to her on you bday, you can switch between the outfits she has.

 Forever, until you switch.  You can always switch between dresses though.

Yes, each time you give her a new outfit, you get a keyword and that's what you use to switch between them.
