nah, the shield i believe is a reward for a G8 quest, or some exploration reward or something like that. something to do with iria.

Note: It was really hard cause we were both warriors/mages, he wasn't all that good at SoG, so we had difficulty killing it., we ended up spamming smash with pets and ourselves, and eventually it died. However, thats not counting the EXTREMELY high health, defense, and protection monsters we had to fight through, as well as the fact that it was EXTREMELY long. also, there is no time to mend before the boss fight, because there is not "boss room", its just another area.

Its not called the animal shield its the Vales shield

and you cant find it exploring its bought from  Tuanes for 80k

sorry. didn't remember exactly what it was called. just remembered that it was something to do with iria, and something to do with "beast". Now, i realize that i had the "beast" part because the first time i saw it, a beast slugger was wearing it......... funny how things like that stick in your head. Anyways, at least i was right that it had something to do with iria. and if its giant only, then why in the pic, is a huma/elf wearing it? cause i think that the guy is way too short 2 be a giant.....

whoops. looking at the wrong person. nvm that is a giant. now, question. what kind of shield is the guy in the red holding? its not a normal kite, not a dragon, not a hetero, and not a heating............
