Well You can buy a house. well more like bid on a house since there isnt a ton of them...and you dont get to build farms, No need too theres places for harvesting all over and as for stores you can set up your own player shop and hire a NPC to watch it.

NPC shops don't cost NX. However, you can not use extra Item bags that NPC sells without service.

;;;;;;;; no clue >< i only played KR one and all i remember doing for setting up a shop was...getting a storage bag from the guy outside the clothing shop...going into the bank buying a shop contract and an NPC contract...are they going to make you pay for one of those in this server?...if so thats uber lame ><
