There's a difference between the fad emo, (style of dress and music) and clinical depression. these people are either joking or need serious help. If you are any kind of decent person, you should help them in any way you can. Most people who suffer from depression can be helped if they have someone they trust, you can be that person.

The problem is, how do you tell which is which?When I first started to go to forums, I saw these people and I tried to help them, to find out I was being trolled or that they were lying.I spent hours trying to talk someone out of suicide to only find out that they were saying this because they thought it was FUNNY that I gave a damn.It especially made me angry when I was diagnosed and I ran into people who are saying they are going to kill themselves because they got grounded.I started growing resentful.I know everyone has problems, they should be able to talk about them but threatening suicide because you got grounded is so infuriating to me.I admit, I am a angry person, I take things way too far.I've been burned so many times that my first reaction to when I see some emo is to tell them to shut up.I want to help those who actually need it, but I am so tired of being made out as a fool in this matter.
