Everytime I click on the Buy now button for anything in the shop (i.e. White Cotton Ostrich) it tells me the page cannot be displayed. I have tried to buy it from 3 different computers, all running different operating systems. One is on Vista, one on XP Pro, and another on XP home. So, I then go to Support and keep getting a 401 error. So I cannot buy anything with the $20 Nexon cash I just bought, nor can I even contact support. How am I supposed to get this resolved? In the past I have been able to at least buy stuff by first going to the info page on the pet/char card and then logging in thru a separate window, then clicking on the Buy now button. That isn't even working now since the so called 'Billing server maintenance' the other day. I've even tried using different browsers (IE and Firefox). HELP! I don't know what else to try. I have to watch every dime right now and it really upsets me to be out so much money and get absolutely nothing for it. It even show up on my account when I go to the cash shop via the game console, so I know that it was charged.
