Game is called "Run", this is the highest quality version I could find. I advise turning the speed to fast to clear 1-30, then working your way from there. Post what level you make it to. Arrow keys to move, space to jump, run into a wall to flip planes.

I've made it to the last level when I played this. It gets hard as hell on your eyes @_@
